Obsthain statt Musik
Das Gelände der Papierfabrik und des Sensor Clubs wird wohl vorübergehend (nur 5 Jahre) für wundervolle Obsthaine und Gemüsegärten genutzt! Mit der Kräuterpädagogin Inge kann man jetzt bewährte Naturkosmetik herstellen...HAMMER!!! Das spricht in Köln auf jeden Fall auch mehr Leute an als Musikkultur auf 3000qm.....

- Das Auto, das beim Einparken keine Hilfe braucht, wenn man keine Scheu vor großen Dellen hat.
- Das Auto, das diese Brummgeräusche beim Fahren macht.
- Das Auto, das mit einem Tank über 2000 km fahren kann, wenn man den Tank neunmal nachfüllt.
- Das Auto, das ein Sportwagen ist, aber Anklänge an einen Geländewagen aufweist und von dem niemand so genau weiß, welche Idioten so etwas eigentlich kaufen.

"For the third edition of Real Scenes, we go to one of the most special places for electronic music in the world: Berlin. When the Berlin Wall came down in 1989, techno became the underground soundtrack to the reunion between East and West. In recent years, it's become an international destination for ravers—a cheap place to party with clubs that are renowned throughout the world.
Techno has become a business in the meantime. Yet Berlin still maintains a credibility that other cities lack. To understand why, RA went to the German capital eager to find out about its unique history and the reasons behind its continued relevance."

Banksy vs. King Robbo
"In London over the past 18 months the tension between the camps has played out in a battle of spray cans between freehand graffiti writer King Robbo and his nemesis, the stencil-using street artist Banksy.
The graffiti war between the two men began in the early 90s but was re-ignited by what was widely seen as an unforgiveable transgression of strict graffiti rules by Banksy.
It was an act that pulled 80s legend King Robbo out of retirement to retaliate in the place where it all began, the streets.
The film goes behind enemy lines as the war escalates, until tragic and unforeseen circumstances bring about an unexpected ceasefire."

Cityleaks Festival
Das Cityleaks Festival für urbane Kunst ist ein wirklich tolles und lobenswertes Gemeinschaftsprojekt der Kölner Kunst- & Kulturvereine ARTRMX und Colorrevolution. Dank Ihnen werden u.a. triste Häuserwände zum bunten Lichtblick im grauen Großstadtalltag. Es ist eine Freude durch die Stadt zu laufen und immer wieder neue Werke zu entdecken, auch die Streetart-Kultur hat sich durch das Festival in Köln enorm weiterentwickelt, am deutlichsten sieht man das bei uns in Ehrenfeld.
Bereits im Juni fand eine Preview-Version statt, nun steigt das richtige Festival mit vielen internationalen Aktivisten, vom 05.-25. September. Den ganzen Monat kann man den Küntlern bei ihrem Schaffen zusehen, die Werke selbst entdecken, oder auch eine geführte Fahrradtour mitmachen.

Kölner Skateplaza
Am 23.07 wird Kölns neuer Premium-Skateplatz am Rheinauhafen eröffnet. Ist zwar schon Ewigkeiten her, dass ich meinen letzten Heelflip gemacht habe, aber es freut mich für die ganzen skateverrückten Jungs, die überall vertrieben und denen die besten Curbs der Stadt eingefräst werden. Erinnert mich an damals als wir unseren Platz bekommen haben... die werden wahrscheinlich den Sommer ihres Lebens haben.
